One of our core competencies lie in mechanical and plant engineering, among others for a large number of customers in the automotive industry. When working and processing as well as testing of fuel and SCR tanks we offer our customers all process steps from the filling of the blow mold to sequencing and “just in time” provision of the products in the line.

We provide the right solution in your production process for all of the following processing steps
- Material storage / provision and robot handling systems for inserting components into the blow mold
- Robot handling systems for removing the tanks and transferring them to the next processing step
- Manual and automated defleshing. Different methods can be used depending on the type of the tank
- After-cooling devices with and without a robot handling system
- Automated storage systems for further cooling and intelligent intermediate storage of the tanks before further processing
- Label printer or laser labeling systems
- Assembly of various components on and in the tanks (pumps, lines, valves …)
- Automated storage or conveyor systems for the provision of the components to be installed
- Integrated automated or manual leak tests with helium in a vacuum or using ultrasonic gas bubble detection
- CAQ systems that monitor the entire process, including operator guidance
